Return and Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping at Sisterology.
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase please review our policy on exchanges and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.
We only accept exchanges and do not accept cancellation of orders or returns for a refund.
Conditions for Exchanges
In order for the items to be eligible for an exchange, please make sure that:
- The items were purchased in the last 14 days
- The items were not used or damaged
- Notification of damaged items are given within 3 days of receiving the item. A store credit or exchange for the same item will be given.
Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
We reserve the right to refuse returns for exchanges of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
A store credit can be given only if the size needed is no longer available.
All Swim Wear are FINAL sale
All jewelry and accessories are FINAL sale
All items sold at Pop Up/in-person events are FINAL sale
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the items to us. You should send the items to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to exchange items without actual receipt of the items or proof of received return delivery.
