- Shipping Time: Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination. Estimated shipping times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
- Delays: We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Incorrect Addresses: Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is missing, please check with your local post office or carrier service.
- Returns & Refunds: Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to pick up, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees.
